Example 1

- Myślę, że powinniśmy zacząć projekt wcześniej niż planowaliśmy.

I think we should start the project earlier than we planned.

- Zgadzam się z tobą, to da nam więcej czasu na testy.

I agree with you, that will give us more time for testing.

- Nie jestem pewien, czy mamy wystarczające zasoby, aby to przyspieszyć.

I am not sure if we have sufficient resources to accelerate this.

- Masz rację, ale warto spróbować, bo to może poprawić wyniki.

You are right, but it's worth trying because it might improve the results.

Example 2

- Proponuję, żebyśmy zmienili dostawcę usług IT.

I suggest that we change the IT service provider.

- Nie zgadzam się, obecny dostawca działa bardzo sprawnie.

I do not agree, the current supplier operates very efficiently.

- Rozumiem, ale nowa firma oferuje lepsze ceny i wsparcie.

I understand, but the new company offers better prices and support.

- To prawda, jednak jakość jest dla mnie ważniejsza niż cena.

That's true, but quality is more important to me than price.

Dyskusja o priorytetach

Example 1

- Najważniejsze jest teraz poprawienie jakości produktu.

The most important thing now is to improve product quality.

- Zgadzam się, to na pewno pomoże zdobyć klientów.

I agree, that will definitely help to attract customers.

- A co z marketingiem? Czy on nie powinien być ważniejszy?

What about marketing? Shouldn't it be more important?

- Według mnie marketing jest ważny, ale bez dobrego produktu to nie zadziała.

In my opinion, marketing is important, but without a good product, it won't work.

Example 2

- Powinniśmy najpierw zakończyć badania rynku.

We should finish the market research first.

- Nie zgadzam się, lepiej zacząć od opracowania prototypu.

I don't agree, it's better to start by developing a prototype.

- To ma sens, ale najpierw musimy poznać potrzeby klientów.

That makes sense, but first we need to understand the clients' needs.

- Może połączmy oba podejścia dla lepszego rezultatu.

Maybe we should combine both approaches for a better result.

Wybór terminu spotkania

Example 1

- Proponuję spotkać się w środę po południu.

I suggest meeting on Wednesday afternoon.

- Zgadzam się, wtedy mam mniej innych obowiązków.

I agree, I then have fewer other responsibilities.

- A co z czwartkiem rano? Może wtedy będzie więcej osób.

What about Thursday morning? Maybe there will be more people then.

- Niestety, w czwartek mam już inne spotkanie, więc wolę środę.

Unfortunately, I already have another meeting on Thursday, so I prefer Wednesday.

Example 2

- Czy pasuje ci spotkanie o dziewiątej rano?

Does a meeting at nine in the morning suit you?

- Nie jestem pewien, czy wszyscy będą wtedy gotowi.

I'm not sure if everyone will be ready then.

- Może lepiej przesunąć je na dziesiątą?

Maybe it would be better to move it to ten o'clock?

- To dobry pomysł, wtedy wszyscy mogą się przygotować.

That's a good idea, then everyone can prepare.
